Pull-Down/Dips
Compared with traditional strength training equipment, the Pull
Down/Dips Trainer from the PROLINE NG line excels thanks to its linear
movement which causes significantly less joint strain.
The pull-down exercise trains the chest, shoulder and arm muscles while
simultaneously stabilising the spine, and the dips exercise strengthens
the cervicothoracal transition while simultaneously training the shoulder
blade depressors.
